Welcome all! My name is Kemi and I am the Owner of Harmony & Unity Mental Health. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am also dual-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have over 10 years of experience in healthcare. I enjoy helping clients meet their goals and improve their overall health. Taking the first step can be a tough decision, but it can also be fulfilling over time. I believe my job is to appropriately help you on your goal towards betterment.

Hope is a board certified Family nurse practitioner who also specializes as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adults. Hope possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by natural ability to build rapport with patients. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition.

I believe that health -care should be individualized and cater to the specific needs of each person. I have experience in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, alcohol dependence, ADHD and eating disorders like binge eating and bulimia. In addition to my knowledge and expertise in treating psychiatric conditions, I have extensive training in primary care and chronic disease management including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, coronary artery disease and degenerative joint disease management.

Jena M. Simon, DNP, is a Double Board-Certified nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatric mental health and family health. After graduating from Columbia University in 2010 as a Family and Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Simon worked in New York City at a large tertiary medical center caring for adults with sickle cell disease. In this role, she became attuned to the needs of people living with chronic illness and chronic pain.

Lesego Goba, NP, has mental health clinical experience in multiple settings and is Board Certified to serve adolescents and adults who are faced with mental health challenges within the mood-disorder spectrum, particularly Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar disorder.

Dr. Caroline Bjorkman, at Mind Space Wellness, LLC, provides expert psychiatry services at locations in Fort Lee, New Jersey, and the Upper West Side area of Manhattan in New York City. Dr. Bjorkman completed her bachelor’s degree at St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, New York, before receiving her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the New York Institute of Technology. She completed her residency and is attending physician at the Mount Sinai Health System across New York City. Dr. Bjorkman accepts most insurance providers. Catherine Nwora is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from Arkansas Tech University and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and Post-Masters specializing in psychiatry. With 6 years with a psychiatric nurse experience and 2 years with an FNP experience, she has treated patients with acute and chronic depression, anxiety and panic, ADHD, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and psychosis, among others.

I am a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner. I have over 10 years of experience in healthcare, of those 6 plus years are in psychiatric mental health nursing. I have worked with patients of all ages diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse disorder as well as anxiety and depression. I provide comprehensive psychiatric care including diagnostic evaluations, medication management and therapy to patients. I completed my Bachelor of Nursing from Purdue University and Masters of Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University from the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.
