I am a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry who specializes in children, adolescents , adults and older adult medication management for anxiety, depression , ADHD and cyclic mood disorders (bipolar disorders). I believe medication can be helpful when prescribed in small dosages and when the patient is fully informed about what the medicine is expected to do for them. Marie graduated in 2011 with an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Remington College of Nursing in Lake Mary Florida. She spent the early part of her nursing career working as a bedside nurse at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, NY caring for a marginalized patient population.

I am a board-certified, Columbia University educated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatric assessment and medication management. Across the course of my career I have worked in a broad range of clinical settings and have experience treating a diversity of patients and diagnoses. I have particular expertise in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and people with a history of trauma. Dr. Saria El Haddad is double boarded in general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry. She previously held a leadership role of medical director for the dual diagnosis partial hospitalization program at the Brigham and Women's Faulkner hospital where she helped create and establish this program, and also worked as an outpatient addiction psychiatrist. She has been involved in teaching and currently maintains academic affiliation with the Harvard Medical School. In addition, she has appeared in numerous professional publications and authored several research papers.
