As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU psychoanalytic institute. I am a psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, with a specialty in addiction psychiatry with an integrative psychiatry practice based on a diagnostic assessment and treatment guided by biological, psychological, social, and behavioral paradigms. Dr. Moran received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Missouri- St. Louis and is board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career in emergency medicine in 2014. While maintaining her career in the Emergency Department, she expanded her experience to the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Vascular Access Lab, and Psychiatry. Dr. Moran approaches patient care with openness and understanding. She acts as a strong patient advocate and includes every patient to find the best-individualized plan.

Emily is a ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She received a bachelor of science in nursing and a master of science in psychiatric mental health nursing from New York University. Emily completed her residency at the Northern California VA Medical Center, where her clinical experience included both dual-diagnosis and trauma-focused care.

I started my career as a child psychiatrist and a researcher 20 years ago. I was interested not only in biological basis of mental disorders, but in psychotherapy and the concept of change. Upon immigration to the US, I studied among influential psychiatrists and therapists in New York and Boston. Currently I work in inpatient and outpatient settings, supervise medical students, and conduct psychiatric research. As I have been for the past 20 years, I am still fascinated with the amazing, complex process of individual development.

Dr. Rybakov is a compassionate and insightful psychiatrist, treating adults, adolescents and children with a variety of issues including attention deficit disorders (ADHD), anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders and post traumatic stress disorders and stress related problems. Dr. Rybakov also provides tele-psychiatry follow up visits for busy adults and students.
