Hi! I’m a New York City-based double-board certified psychiatrist working with adults, adolescents, and children. My work centers around psychotherapy; including developmentally appropriate psychodynamic, CBT, and play therapies. In addition, my approach to psychiatric medications is to meet individuals and families where they are at. I work with people who want to seek deeper growth and meaning without numbing what makes them human. As for my background – I trained at BU and Mount Sinai, and have worked at both The New School and as lead psychiatrist at the Columbia University Medical Center counseling center.

I am a board-certified family psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner specializing in female health psychiatry, male health, and adolescent psychiatry. My focus is on health promotion during life transitions such as pregnancy, and childbirth, for both females and males, as well as changes in schools and college admissions for teenagers and adolescents. In my practice, I prioritize establishing a therapeutic partnership built on mutual respect, trust, and self-reflection. My goal is to support and guide you in strengthening and developing skills to navigate current challenges, gain insight into your past, and move to the future.

Dr. Andrew Lelin is a board-certified Psychiatrist in Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Lelin has an in-depth education in various psychotherapeutic modalities including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, habit-reversal, and cognitive-processing therapies, which he continues to incorporate into his daily practice. After completing training, he went on to provide inpatient consultation and crisis intervention services in New York City.

Catherine Nwora is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from Arkansas Tech University and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and Post-Masters specializing in psychiatry. With 6 years with a psychiatric nurse experience and 2 years with an FNP experience, she has treated patients with acute and chronic depression, anxiety and panic, ADHD, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and psychosis, among others.

I'm an MD sex and relationship therapist in Manhattan, Associate Clinical Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, a frequent guest on national media, and the author of the new book "Love Worth Making: How to Have Ridiculously Great Sex in a Long-Lasting Relationship" (St Martin's Press, 2018). Unlike most sex therapists, I'm also an M.D. --- which can be important since sexuality is on the border between the mind and the body.

Ziv E. Cohen, MD, trained in medicine and psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, at Cornell University, and at Columbia University. He is a board certified psychiatrist maintaining a private practice focusing on Mood and Anxiety Disorders in adults and adolescents. As former advisor to Yale's University Chaplain, I know how people who are suffering search for hope. I teach and supervise psychotherapy at Columbia where I am a full professor.

Amaka Orji has several years of experience working in community mental health. Her skill set focuses on the major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and ADHD. Amaka encourages clients to approach their mental health holistically and thinking outside the box.

Brian is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner that incorporates a holistic approach to providing patients with exceptional care. I have also trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy , family and marital therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
