When medications are recommended, I combine traditional psychiatric approaches with integrative approaches like nutritional supplementation, mind-body medicine, and healthy lifestyle habits.

I am trained and licensed to treat individuals across the lifespan with specialized experience working with older children, adolescents, and young adults. Here at the Venn Center, we offer patients a unique therapeutic experience. I conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments, as well as provide both individual and group psychotherapy to clients of all ages. I also offer pharmacotherapy and medication management when appropriate. That being said, 25% of my patients are not on any medication since I employ non-medicinal interventions that help remediate psychiatric symptoms whenever possible. Offering these complementary services allows the clients I work with to feel empowered in their desire for change toward a healthier way of being.

She received her Master’s Degree at Stony Brook University where she trained to work with a variety of mental health disorders to those across the lifespan including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. Her mission is to provide empathic, attentive, and evidence-based care by utilizing an integrative psychotherapy and medication management approach to treatment. I attended medical school at the University of Massachusetts, studied psychiatry at Mount Sinai Hospital and focused on advanced therapy training. I have a diverse background in medication management, different forms of therapy, and in both neuroscience and mental health research.
