Dr. Milena Goldshmidt is a new addition to the Talkiatry network which allows her the luxury of working from home after the new addition to her family. She is double boarded in Adult Psychiatry and Sleep Medicine. She has been practicing for 10 years. Dr. Goldshmidt's focus is on medication management as well as supportive and emotionally focused therapy. She gives ample time during new patient appointments and has 30-minute follow sessions. She also is a believer in additional therapy is needed and/or additional medical and procedural therapies if needed to provide the best care and outcomes to her patients.

Dr. Andrew Lelin is a board-certified Psychiatrist in Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Lelin has an in-depth education in various psychotherapeutic modalities including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, habit-reversal, and cognitive-processing therapies, which he continues to incorporate into his daily practice. After completing training, he went on to provide inpatient consultation and crisis intervention services in New York City.

Dr. Simbiat Adighije (Dr. Sim) has 13 years of experience in treating adults with PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar disorder and weight management. She practices as a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in FL, TX, NY and NJ. Dr. Sim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University with Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Nursing. She further received a Medical Degree and PhD in Public Health from University of Science, Arts and Technology, Montserrat (Florida campus).
