I am Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University and a board-certified psychiatrist committed to offering comprehensive care for individuals, couples and families. I practice and value psychotherapy because it can be an enormously powerful tool to enhance personal growth, learning and self-discovery. Being a physician enables me to offer the option of medication when needed. This has the advantage of integrating both types of treatments with one provider only. Dr. Moran received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Missouri- St. Louis and is board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career in emergency medicine in 2014. While maintaining her career in the Emergency Department, she expanded her experience to the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Vascular Access Lab, and Psychiatry. Dr. Moran approaches patient care with openness and understanding. She acts as a strong patient advocate and includes every patient to find the best-individualized plan.

I am committed to working collaboratively with my patients to address emotional distress and difficulties in daily living. This could manifest as depression, anxiety, problems with intimacy or self-esteem, trouble staying focused or feeling connected, feeling excessively angry or guilty, or trouble finding meaning in life, to name only a few. Colleen Spratt is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who holds a doctorate (DNP) from Columbia University. Her holistic approach promotes inclusion of the patient and their loved ones as active members of the treatment team.

Dr. Ahmed specializes in the medication management of mental health conditions in adults, and adolescents, as well as psychotherapy, depending on needs and preference of his patients. Dr. Ahmed is affiliated with Hackensack Meridian and work as Medical Director Psychosomatic Medicine and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry.

Ziv E. Cohen, MD, trained in medicine and psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, at Cornell University, and at Columbia University. He is a board certified psychiatrist maintaining a private practice focusing on Mood and Anxiety Disorders in adults and adolescents. Dr. Gundu Reddy is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in New York City. Prior to starting residency at Mount Sinai School of medicine she pursued additional research in HIV psychiatry. As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU psychoanalytic institute. She states that whether prescribing medication, family, or relationship therapy, understanding psychodynamic conflict and causes of symptoms will cause help to enhance the quality of care. As well as psychodynamic training Dr Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.

I am a board certified psychiatrist with a telepsychiatric practice seeing patients in Florida and NY. I am licensed in Both Florida and New York states. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been conducting therapy for over twenty years. While doing this work, I became aware of the severe shortage of providers able to prescribe psychotropic medication and its detrimental impact on my client's mental health. So, I decided to return to school to provide more integrated care. I became a registered nurse (RN) in 2020 and will complete NYU’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program in May 2024. I started my career as a child psychiatrist and a researcher 20 years ago. I was interested not only in biological basis of mental disorders, but in psychotherapy and the concept of change. Upon immigration to the US, I studied among influential psychiatrists and therapists in New York and Boston. Currently I work in inpatient and outpatient settings, supervise medical students, and conduct psychiatric research. As I have been for the past 20 years, I am still fascinated with the amazing, complex process of individual development.

As a psychopharmacologist and psychotherapist, I can provide integrated treatment best. I treat people of all ages. I am very experienced with children, adolescents and young adults especially. I am accustomed to working with families, if that is needed, as well. I have the most experience and expertise with ADHD at any age, but I treat many other disorders and things that don't necessarily neatly fit or need a diagnostic category. I spend the necessary time getting to know patients before any recommendations. I can work with schools, agencies and recommend other doctors and services as needed for you.
