I am Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University and a board-certified psychiatrist committed to offering comprehensive care for individuals, couples and families. I work with individuals who have anxiety, depression, mood disorders, insomnia, relationship problems, trauma history, medical illness, neurological illness, and/or individuals who are helping family members with these problems. My experience over the last 25 years in psychiatry has shown that medications are helpful but do not take care of all problems in life. I offer combined psychiatric treatment. I received my psychiatric residency training from Georgetown University Hospital and fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine from Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Khan is a triple board trained physician practicing Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and General Pediatrics with an integrated care background. He completed a combined residency in Adult Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and Pediatrics through Indiana University (IU) School of Medicine and holds a Master of Public Health degree from the IU Fairbanks School of Public Health. Additionally, he completed a public psychiatry fellowship through Columbia University Medical Center.
