I am a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist based in New York City. I completed my Adult Psychiatry training at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and I am currently completing a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Weill Cornell and Columbia University Medical Centers. At this time, I am accepting adult clients only, though I will look forward to welcoming child and adolescent clients beginning in Summer 2024. I have expertise in both talk therapy and medication management for a wide range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD.

As a psychopharmacologist and psychotherapist, I can provide integrated treatment best. I treat people of all ages. I am very experienced with children, adolescents and young adults especially. I am accustomed to working with families, if that is needed, as well. I have the most experience and expertise with ADHD at any age, but I treat many other disorders and things that don't necessarily neatly fit or need a diagnostic category. I spend the necessary time getting to know patients before any recommendations. I can work with schools, agencies and recommend other doctors and services as needed for you.

I am a board certified psychiatrist. I was trained at NYU and I provide treatment to adults using psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. I use a variety of treatment modalities combining medications, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic treatment. I have experience working with people who have bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, substance and alcohol abuse, and adult attention deficit disorder. In addition I co lead a group aimed at helping people talking about death and become comfortable with the subject. It is my belief that in doing so we can live a fuller life! Dr. Caraballo is a double board-certified physician, who specializes in adult, adolescent and child psychiatry. He provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, individual and family psychotherapy, and psychopharmacology in his private practice on the Upper West Side. His interests and expertise include but are not limited to the treatment of adult and child ADHD, parenting, development, psychodynamic psychotherapies (MBT & TFP,) CBT, DBT, mood and anxiety disorders, cross-cultural psychiatry, LGBTQ youth and School issues. Dr. Caraballo believes in working collaboratively with his patients and their families.

Robert Terrelonge, APRN, PMHNP is a licensed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in private practice in New York. He provides treatment for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. As a Nurse Practitioner, Mr. Terrelonge sees patients independently and offers many of the same services as a Psychiatrist, yet combines both medical and nursing perspectives. He currently serves Patients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island and uses both office visits and tele-psychiatry to provide easy, affordable and convenient psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.

Dr. Senter studied psychology at Brown University. She attended medical school at Rutgers - New Jersey Medical School, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She subsequently completed her residency in psychiatry at Columbia University and the New York State Psychiatric Institute, where she served as a chief resident and worked with the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder research group. Dr. Senter has experience working as an attending psychiatrist in emergency room and outpatient community mental health settings.

This includes emotional and psychological problems during pregnancy, postpartum, perinatal losses, infertility and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. I pursue a residency in OBGYN in Argentina and a residency in Adult Psychiatry and Fellowship in Consultation Liaison Psychiatry at Montefiore Medical Center in The Bronx, NY. I worked and taught at Montefiore Medical Group and Zucker Hillside Hospital were I served as the Physician in Charge of the Perinatal Program.
