My interest in medicine can be traced back to my early childhood. I come from a family with several generations of physicians. My father, a pediatrician, had the greatest influence on me. What amazed me the most about him was the amount of care and genuine concern that he demonstrated for his patients, which in my mind are essential for an ideal physician. I received my bachelors degree from Columbia University, majoring in psychology. Vincent Van Gogh once said: "After all there is nothing in the world as interesting as people, and one can never study them enough."

Graham Windham Community Mental Health Services offer a variety of evidence-based treatment for children and young adults, 5-25 years of age, based on our comprehensive psychiatric and biopsychosocial evaluations. We offer individual therapy, family therapy, psychopharmacology management, and support services. Each treatment plan will be determined based on the needs of the individual client. We also offer bilingual services in Spanish.

Alexander Gumbs, FNP/PMHNP-BC is a dual board-certified practitioner in psychiatry and family medicine. Mr. Gumbs uses an integrative holistic approach to treat the bodies and minds of his patients. He is proficient in treating those across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, and seniors). Community focus is his passion. He has experience treating disadvantaged populations, such as the homeless and those in the criminal justice system transitioning back to civilian life. Mr. Gumbs treats those with anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression, autism, insomnia, dementia, and postpartum depression.

Hi! I look forward to meeting you! I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience with an expertise in behavioral health and psychiatry. I currently practice in both inpatient hospital and outpatient office settings. I enjoy providing psychotherapy in conjunction with medication management to treat clients with sleep issues, mood disorders such as depression, bipolar and many other mental health conditions. I work with an amazing group of colleagues at Lavender, an online psychiatry and therapy office, where we believe psychiatric care shouldn't be expensive nor impossible to access.

Olga Katz, MD is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and a recognized expert in treating psychiatric disorders in children, adolescents and adults. As the founder and Medical Director of Crasmere Psychiatric Services for 23 years, Dr. Olga Katz dedicated her career to improving the mental health of her patients. She utilizes bio psychosocial model which allows her to focus on the appropriate medications and psychodynamic psychotherapy to successfully treating the most challenging variety of psychiatric pathologies, including Panic Disorder, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, and PTSD.

Rosario Fernandez is the founder of Total Mental Healing, LLC, a mental health practice. She is a board-certified mental health psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specialized in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety/Panic disorders, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, Insomnia, and Addiction medicine. She has worked in the mental health care field for over 15 years as a psychiatric nurse in outpatient clinics, private practice, and hospital settings. Rosario is a bilingual (fluent in Spanish), multicultural provider who enjoys working with people of diverse ethnic backgrounds and cultures.
