Our practice was founded by Elizabeth Durovich, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC, CEN, a board-certified advanced practice nurse in psychiatry and mental health. Our office treats a range of mental health issues and psychiatric disorders in the adult population. We believe that everyone needs a mental health provider and currently offers comprehensive services and values all patient’s input on determining a plan of care and treatment options. As a licensed medical doctor and practicing psychiatrist, I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of mental conditions. As an osteopathic, physician, my philosophy incorporates a complete integration of the mind and the body. My training, both in psychopharmacology (medication) and psychotherapy (talk therapy), helps me incorporate both treatment modalities in my practice. This approach also relates to work I do in public mental health where I work part time providing mental health care to the homeless, severely mentally ill and LGBT at risk youth.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing psychiatry for over seven years. I have treated patients from all diverse groups. At present, I only conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up assessments in the adult and the geriatric population. I specialize in treating behavioral, psychotic, mood, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. Ketie Saintelus is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner, licensed by the state of New York to provide family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of common and complex health medical and psychiatry problems.

Ketsia Guerrier is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in New York City. She manages and treats various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and mood disorders.
