I am an NYU-educated, ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in providing authentic and non-judgmental nursing care. My focus are the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and insomnia. I speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. My approach is collaborative, individualized, holistic from a shared decision-making perspective, which combine therapy styles from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) with IFS-informed (Internal Family System-informed) EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

Dr. David Eiler is a staff psychiatrist at Talkiatry. He is board certified in adult psychiatry. Before joining Talkiatry, Dr. Eiler was a staff psychiatrist at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC), where he had an academic appointment and served as clinical director of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and intranasal esketamine services. Dr. Eiler has focused on medication management and interventional techniques, including TMS, for the treatment of depression and other disorders. Dr. Eiler received his MD from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and completed his residency at DHMC.

Dr. Anne Rohs is board certified in both adult and geriatric psychiatry and has been in practice for over ten years. She has an extensive background working in hospital settings treating critically ill patients, which has helped hone her skills in caring for individuals with complex psychiatric illnesses complicated by medical conditions. Dr. Rohs’ approach is to provide a consistent, empathic, nonjudgmental space to develop and attain shared treatment goals.

I graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and minors in Chemistry and Behavioral Neuroscience. I completed my medical school training at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) and my psychiatry residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University. I am experienced in treating a variety of psychiatric disorders in adults of all ages, as well as young adults, having spent time treating students in the SUNY college system.

Dr. Ann Landowne is Board Certified in Adult, Adolescent, and Child Psychiatry. She has over thirty five years of experience helping people of all ages cope with a wide range of problems.

Dr. Shawn Faust, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a distinguished Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who brings a unique and patient-centric approach to the field of mental health. His philosophy centers around the belief that individuals are experts in their own experiences, and collaboration between the patient and their mental health provider is essential for effective and personalized treatment. He believes that informed patients are better equipped to navigate their unique mental health challenges. Thus, treatment with Dr. Faust often involves teaching patients about their diagnosis and discussing the pros and cons of various treatment options.

Dr. Megan Wynne is board certified in adult psychiatry and completed fellowship training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry (Psychosomatic Medicine). She has been in practicing psychiatry since 2006. Dr. Wynne completed her medical degree at Drexel University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, her psychiatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and her consultation/liaison psychiatric fellowship at Long Island Jewish Hospital in Queens, NY. Following a move to New Zealand, she worked as lead psychiatrist for Te Puna Waiora, Maori Mental Health team at Counties Manakau District Health Board.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in general and addiction psychiatry. Most of my clinical expertise was developed in New York City and San Francisco treating children, adolescents, and adults with an extremely wide array of problems. I also served as the Director of the New York University Nurse Practitioner program. Authenticity and non-judgment drive my practice. I believe that people change at different paces and that is part of being human. Ideally, we change from the inside out.

Victoriya utilizes a culturally competent and holistic approach that is tailored to each client’s individual needs, understanding that everyone’s path to wellbeing is a unique journey. She combines her knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to provide each client with a treatment plan that aligns with their goals and lifestyle. Catherine Colson is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Catherine prioritizes listening, compassion, and cultivating a collaborative relationship with her patients. She is interested in anything and everything her patients want to tell her.

Jena M. Simon, DNP, is a Double Board-Certified nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatric mental health and family health. After graduating from Columbia University in 2010 as a Family and Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Simon worked in New York City at a large tertiary medical center caring for adults with sickle cell disease. In this role, she became attuned to the needs of people living with chronic illness and chronic pain.

Dr. Yan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University with honors in Economics. She holds a law degree from Harvard and was a practicing attorney before pursuing her medical education at New York University School of Medicine. While in medical school, she won the Best Research Presentation Award for the Jack Cary Eichenbaum Summer Scholars Program. She received her residency training in psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she served on the Mental Health Crisis Response Team during the Covid pandemic.

Tahara Miah is a board certified psychiatric mental health practitioner. She emphasizes the mind-body connection and cultivating a therapeutic relationship. She encourage progress by providing medication management and therapeutic interventions that are tailored to you and relieve the symptoms that you are struggling with. She will work with you based on your individual needs starting from the first session.
