As a clinician who practices in a group setting, I have the opportunity to be part of a practice that consists of multiple psychiatric prescribers and therapists who have extensive training in psychotherapy. Although I am primarily a medication prescriber; and yes, medications can be very helpful, I also believe and insist on providing more than medication. As such, your care will be integrated and unfragmented.

I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

I am Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified by the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) since 2017. I received my Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2016 from Northeastern University in Boston. As a Registered Nurse, the majority of my past nursing experience is with women and children. In the realm of school nursing I have served children with special needs, first at the Cotting School in Lexington, then shared between Arlington School and Pathways Academy, both of McLean Hospital, becoming full time at Arlington School of McLean.

I have a diverse experience in treating a wide variety of psychopathology in both in patient and outpatient settings. I have a lifelong passion for learning and strive to learn and grow, keeping abreast of the latest evidence based treatment approaches so I can provide the best possible outcomes to my patients. I utilize a comprehensive care model in a non judgmental environment to help my patients live a more fulfilling life.
