I am a Johns-Hopkins trained, award-winning Harvard psychiatrist, affiliated with McLean and Mass General Brigham, quadruple board certified in Addiction Medicine, Obesity Medicine, Adult Psychiatry, and Child Psychiatry. As a keen practitioner, my journey to helping humanity began 11 years ago after graduating with my Bachelors in Nursing, I dedicated 5 years in serving underserved communities in urban and rural areas, worked in a pediatric facility and top Major Hospitals in Boston. Then I decided to complete my Masters in Nursing at Regis College 5 years ago focusing in internal medication. Mental health medicine caught my attention after working in a methadone and suboxone clinic. I further pursed my interest by working at SouthBay for over 2 years, now at Boston Neurobehavioral Associates for almost 2 years.

My name is Dr. Yveda Brutus DNP. I graduated from UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester. I am a dual-Board-Certified NP specializes in PMHNP and AGPCNP, and I have more than 5 years of experience in practice. I adhere to a comprehensive care framework that incorporates both medical and psychiatric disciplines. My goal is to provide treatment to individuals suffering from complex psychiatric disorders in regaining control of their lives. I am a social worker and a nurse who has been in the field of behavioral health for much of my 20 + year career. I have worked in acute care inpatient psychiatric settings, the emergency department performing crisis evals as well as medical settings as an RN throughout several hospitals on the north shore. Because no two people are the same, treatment for every person should be individually tailored. I do therapy, and use medications when they are needed. Some of the therapies I use are hypnotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, couples and family therapy. I am very careful in treating my patients with medications and my goal is to find the lowest effective dose and avoid multiple medication use when possible. I think therapy is as important as medications and I offer both, at times together, when necessary. For self pay patients cost for initial 60 min evaluation is $500, 15 min fallow up is $150, 30 min fallow up is $275 and 45min fallow up is $400.

Ayodeji E Okorafor is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He graduated with honors from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts; he has had 0ver 10 years of mental health experience. Ellis Marie Mace is an ANCC board-certified and fully licensed Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Saint Louis University. Prior to becoming a specialized NP, she was a registered nurse for twelve years in psychiatry, medical-surgical, nephrology, and post-anesthesia care. Native to Alabama, she was raised with three brothers in a close community of friends while participating in theatre, piano, creative writing, and tennis.

PivotCare Precision Psychiatry , an integrative psychiatric group practice provides outpatient adolescent, adult & geriatric Psychiatric Appointments via face-to-face visits or HIPAA compliant virtual visits.
