How may I help you? I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner-board-certified. My private practice is in Coolidge Corner, Brookline. I offer consultation, psychotherapy, and medication management. I started my career as a school-based support team MSW in the South Bronx. I became increasingly interested in Yoga, a Mind-Body practice that has changed my life. At fifty, I returned to graduate school for an MSN and was certified as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. My goal is to help you better manage your personal and professional challenges, experience joy, and ultimately improve the quality of your life.

As a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist and therapist, I support adults from all life stages and backgrounds navigate challenging experiences; including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Based on your preference, I offer visits in-person in Harvard Square or via tele-health. My approach is warm, empathetic, and respectful of your personal experience and autonomy. Depending on your unique situation, we have the option to explore various solutions including both medication and therapy, tailored to your needs and goals.

Dr. Marken is a Columbia- and Cornell-trained, board-certified adult and child/adolescent psychiatrist. He was on faculty at Harvard Medical School and is now on faculty at New York University. Dr. Marken predominantly provides psychotherapy and/or medication management. He has a patient-centered approach that provides thorough and individualized care for your particular needs. As a physician, Dr. Marken focuses on the interaction between the biological, the psychological, and the environmental contributors to mental health. He is a member of the International Society for Sports Psychiatry and works with athletes at all levels.

As a psychiatrist, executive coach, and philosophical counselor, I help clients confronting the stress that accompanies life transitions. As a psychiatrist, I diagnose and treat people with anxiety, mood instability, insomnia, and attention deficits. As an executive coach, I help clients manage work stress, overcome burnout, make career transitions, develop leaderships skills, and improve their overall functioning. As a philosophical counselor, I help clients attain deeper insight and fulfillment by engaging in self-reflection. In each role, I help clients handle stress, develop their core strengths, gain self-awareness, and achieve peak performance. This empowers clients to lead more fulfilled, joyful, compassionate, and productive lives.

I partner with my clients to achieve their goals and intentions. I provide individual, couples and family therapy as well as life coaching. I also see clients for medication management.

Cameron Schidlmeier is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has over 15 years of experience working with adults and seniors. She manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma-related disorders. She is passionate about providing the highest quality behavioral and medical care. Cameron approaches each patient as an individual, meeting them where they are while educating, supporting, and guiding them to reach their highest potential through therapy and medication management.

Accepting New Clients. Appointments are typically available within 7 days. I offer Medication Management & Counseling/Supportive Psychotherapy online via Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida, Massachusetts & Arizona. I am an experienced Independently licensed Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Military Service Member. I provide care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 7 and above. I accept most insurance plans including United, Oscar, Oxford, Aetna, Cigna and Florida Blue. I also accept cash pay clients without insurance.

I am able to take self-pay clients. I draw on expertise as a Harvard Medical Professor and Researcher to recommend personalized evidence based care for mood, anxiety, attention and organizational challenges. I am an expert on ADHD, which I research at Massachusetts General Hospital. I draw on training in neuropsychiatry, cognitive behavioral therapy, dynamic psychotherapy, nutraceutical research, and, (more importantly) lessons taught by working with a few thousand clients. Shaina LaBonte is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC). She has over 7 years of experience working with clients who are experiencing a wide variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, and more.

Dr. Toppelberg is an experienced, Harvard-trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, usually working with ages 3-30. He evaluates and treats emotional/ behavioral difficulties including ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, anxiety, and selective mutism, and those preventing weight loss. He has focused on issues of performance at work, study and competitive sports. He regularly works with tour-level tennis players and other professional and student athletes. He is an expert in neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as learning and language disabilities. He runs psychiatric services at an excellent school for children/adolescents with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, the prestigious New England Center for Children.
