After over a decade serving the mental health population I obtained my master's degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Wilkes University. Leon Cushenberry, MD Leon Cushenberry is a Psychiatrist in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2018.
