Our clinic had a TMS machine, which is FDA approved for depression treatment. TMS also had off labled indications for anxiety, PTSD, addiction, ear ringing, muscle pain, headache ect.

Dr. Megan Wynne is board certified in adult psychiatry and completed fellowship training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry (Psychosomatic Medicine). She has been in practicing psychiatry since 2006. Dr. Wynne completed her medical degree at Drexel University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, her psychiatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and her consultation/liaison psychiatric fellowship at Long Island Jewish Hospital in Queens, NY. Following a move to New Zealand, she worked as lead psychiatrist for Te Puna Waiora, Maori Mental Health team at Counties Manakau District Health Board.

I have a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Temple University where I graduated with honors. I've worked as a family nurse practitioner caring for at-risk, underserved patient populations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. When I recognized that there was a great need for psychiatric services in my area, I decided to attend Wilkes University and became a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to expand upon the clinical care I could provide. My goal is to provide a personalized psychiatric medication management experience for every patient in my practice.

I was born and raised in New Jersey, and moved to Erie, PA for medical school, internship, residency, and fellowship. I am trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and have also certified in ECT. I received my medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) and completed residency and fellowship with Millcreek Community Hospital. During my time working as a child and adolescent psychiatrist in Erie, PA, I was given an incredible opportunity to serve a community in need.

Hello! My name is Karen Bendak and I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I received my Diploma in Nursing at Aria Health School of Nursing. This extensive three-year program provided me with comprehensive clinical knowledge. I then received my bachelor’s degree in nursing at Pennsylvania State University. After over a decade serving the mental health population I obtained my master's degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Wilkes University. I provide psychiatric evaluations, supportive therapy and medication management within a safe space to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Dr. Doumanian is a board-certified in Psychiatry. She has practiced in various settings over her career including in-patient and community mental health as well as Veteran affairs out-patient clinics. She has more than 17 years of experience treating patients with anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and other mental health issues. She uses pharmacotherapy along with cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and supportive therapy as needed.

They are willing to put in the effort to help themselves and work as a team with their provider in order to move toward mental wellness.

Dr. Inkles is a psychiatrist who has a background in pediatric medicine and who completed his pediatric residency at Nassau County Medical Center, New York. He then completed adult, child and adolescent psychiatry residencies at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He has been on the faculty of the Drexel University College of Medicine and Saint Christopher's Hospital for Children. Dr. Inkles' approach to his work involves a psychodynamic model, employing a number of various psychodynamic approaches, which in turn, would help him best understand his patients, and help them.

Stephanie Reesman is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) as well as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who practices in Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, where she studied Human Biology, Health & Society with a minor in Policy Analysis & Management. Megan attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency at Northwell Health-Mather Hospital, where she served as chief resident. As a DO, Megan has been trained to look at a patient holistically, treating the whole patient and not just the disease.

Dr. Abby Reineck currently serves as an outpatient child and adolescent psychiatrist. She has been practicing for eleven years. Dr. Reineck's practice is primarily medication-management services, offered in conjunction with either supportive or eclectic therapy. Follow-up appointments average 30 minutes, but may be more or less. Occasionally, Dr. Reineck believes the addition of a therapist is needed and will request you bring a therapist into your care team. This will be asked of individuals if she believes it will lead to an improved clinical outcome.
