Welcome. Thoughtful Psychiatry is a group of psychiatric providers devoted to providing a "thoughtful" approach to psychiatric care. The practice consists of multiple psychiatric prescribers that have extensive training in psychotherapy. While we believe that medications can be very helpful, we insist on providing more than medication for our patients.

NOT accepting new patients at this time. I offer medication management in combination with cognitive behavioral therapy via telemedicine. I utilize traditional medicine with complementary and alternative medicine. As a dual board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I care for the community by balancing the rational, emotional and spiritual health of each individual. By using a holistic approach I provide my patients with the tools to overcome psychiatric symptoms and stressors. I am described as genuine, compassionate, and empathetic.

Dr. Esteban Toledo-Carrion is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 14 years of experience. He was born and raised in Ecuador and completed his medical training in his home country, where his interest and commitment to helping diverse populations began.

Marcela has a Bachelors in Science from University of Miami, and earned her MSN Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University. She has been in Emergency Medicine for 10 years, and also works as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner. Marcela's goal at BNBA is to make her patients feel like they can always reach out, and to make them feel their very best. Marcela loves to travel and Florida Gator Football- Go Gators!

Holistic Behavioral Health Services provides both outpatient and tele-psychiatry mental health services in Dracut and surrounding areas. Tele-psychiatry services are provided in the comfort of your home using a computer/ a phone. We accepting new patients. Evening and weekend hours are available to those busy during office hours. I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and as such, I can prescribe medication, if necessary, as an adjunct to psychotherapy. With nearly three decades of experience in psychiatry, focusing on neuropsychiatric conditions that affect mood and cognition, my goal is to deliver new, effective therapies to those struggling with depression, anxiety, post-COVID syndromes, cognitive impairments, and more. Sokhira Yang is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in the mental health field as well as an advocate for mental health and overall wellness. Sokhira’s areas of interest include PTSD, ADHD, and depression. Sokhira began her nursing career as a corrections nurse, and saw the importance of mental health in underserved populations.

Lina’s approach to treating patients focuses on individual treatment plans and on integrative psychiatry by applying evidence-based psychopharmacological, therapeutic interventions, and lifestyle modifications. Lina will listen to you with empathy and will partner with you on your wellness journey.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical practice across a variety of settings. My approach to mental health and medication management is patient centered. Understandably, many come to new providers feeling nervous or even jaded and unheard by previous experiences in health care. I like to collaborate with my patients to design a treatment plan that feels right. I practice psychiatry and medication management but I can also offer integrative approaches for those who are not interested in meds or would like to augment their treatment plan.

Dr. Love, a Psychiatrist at Aster Mental Health, specializes in treating individuals with depressive disorders, bipolar spectrum disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, PTSD, OCD, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and substance use disorders. He is a Board-certified & Harvard-trained Psychiatrist offering medication management as well as psychiatric assessment and treatment.

Many teens and young adults struggle with various aspects of their lives, be it identity, relationships, work/school, or past experiences that affect how they feel and navigate the world. I work with many young adults who may seem high functioning at first glance but struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, or other emotional issues. I have particular experience supporting Asians and Asian Americans navigating issues of race, identity and culture. Talk therapy and medications can be a powerful way to help people process, make sense of, and change these patterns that hold them back from living the life they want.

Dr. Arcia is board-certified in Adult Psychiatry. She obtained her MD degree from the University of Coimbra (Portugal). Thereafter, she completed an internship in Internal Medicine, before pursuing residency training in Psychiatry at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center (Brighton, MA), where she also served as Chief Resident in Psychiatry. She has over 13 years of clinical experience in both in-patient and out-patient treatment of patients with a wide range of psychiatric disorders, especially in patients with medical comorbidities. She is also certified in electro-convulsive therapy (ECT) by Cornell University.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, graduated from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. Board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. My experience is over 16 years providing patient care for adults, and the elderly at the inpatient acute psychiatric units and, outpatient mental health setting. I have worked with integrated behavioral health primary care clinics, community, and federal qualified health centers, and private practices.
