Alice Husted is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has 10 years of experience treating adults and adolescents (13 and older) with an array of mental health issues. Alice has specialized experience working with patients who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which has provided her expertise in treating disorders that are often a result of trauma, such as addictions, mood disorders, and eating disorders.

I received Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and Bachelor’s in Nursing from Northeastern University. I earned Master’s in Nursing from Regis College. In August 2022, I became board certified in psychiatric mental health and became a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My clinical interests include utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to manage anxiety, depression, insomnia and substance use disorders.

Marcela has a Bachelors in Science from University of Miami, and earned her MSN Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University. She has been in Emergency Medicine for 10 years, and also works as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner. Marcela's goal at BNBA is to make her patients feel like they can always reach out, and to make them feel their very best. Marcela loves to travel and Florida Gator Football- Go Gators!
