Hello, I am a Board Certified General Psychiatrist in the state of Washington. After receiving my MD at University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, FL, I made the move to the Pacific Northwest for my residency in psychiatry at University of Washington. Following residency, I completed 5 years of active duty military service in the US Air Force at Mountain Home AFB in Idaho. I consider the Pacific Northwest home and returned to Seattle following my military service. I take a collaborative and balanced approach to psychiatric care.

As a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am equipped to provide comprehensive care for individuals and families facing mental health challenges. My training and experience have prepared me to work with a diverse range of patients, including those from under-served populations. I have a background in military medicine, working my way from being an army medic to supervising the army's busiest emergency department. I have also served in case management for Washington State DSHS, working closely with social workers and caregivers to advocate for the needs of foster children.

My focus is medication management. I am an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about ending the stigma against mental illness that prevents people from getting the support they need. I am a fierce advocate of LGBTQ+ persons and of anyone else who needs my support. I have expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of psychiatric conditions: mood disorders, anxiety, substance use disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and many more. Arabelle is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University in the San Francisco Bay area. She enjoyed seven fulfilling years as a registered nurse in various areas of practice and eventually became the Director of Nursing at an addiction treatment center in the Pacific Northwest. She then obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Seattle Pacific University and a national certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for helping individuals live life to their fullest potential. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse in a variety of clinical settings, caring for individuals across the lifespan experiencing physical and mental health crises. I obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, and have since gained experience working in inpatient psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry, PHP/IOP, community mental health, and in providing interventional treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.
