Brittany is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is committed to providing an individualized treatment plan for each patient, focusing on a holistic and evidence-based approach to treatment. She collaborates with each patient in achieving the best quality of life by prioritizing each patient’s specific goals for treatment. She believes in providing a safe and judgment-free environment while building a strong rapport with each patient.

Natalie works with adults ages 18-65 with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, and OCD and other mental health concerns. She likes to work closely with her clients to develop the best plan of care to suit their individual needs. Natalie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University and completed her Master of Science in Nursing through Walden University. Natalie is a native of the Richmond area. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. In her spare time she also enjoys fitness, reading, and working with her Labrador Retriever, Remi.

Mood disorders do not exist without psychosocial issues, such as school performance, employment conflict, unemployment, middle life crisis, marriage conflicts, divorce, parenting, broken family, financial troubles, bankruptcy, family deaths, etc. Manic symptoms can be taken as wild and difficult personality and a person can live years and years of social and emotional hardships without assessment and treatment. Undetected psychotic symptoms such as prodromal phase of schizophrenia in adolescent can delay treatment, resulting in isolation and violence. The pandemic has caused unimaginable degrees of various mood disturbances.

I believe helping others become the best version of themselves is a lifelong journey, as we navigate our lives through the everchanging stages that drive us to evolve into our individual diverse roles. I understand life's multitude of challenges may lead an individual to experience infinite feelings resulting in a lack of purpose. Together we can work on this.

Dr. Jemina "Jai" Liverman is the founder and CEO of Saving & Changing Lives, LLC which was established in 2018. Her ideal client would be someone who is seeking mental health support and is open to exploring and addressing their psychological and emotional well-being. They may be facing a range of issues, including: mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, addiction and substance abuse, relationship and interpersonal difficulties. Their needs revolve around comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
