I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. I have a wide range of knowledge treating Depression, Mood Disorders, Crisis Intervention, Anxiety and Psychosis. I also treat adults ages and older. I use a Holistic approach and establish a therapeutic and fulfilling rapport with all of my clients.

Currently accepting new patient consultations (Updated January 2024). I believe my role as a Psychiatrist is not to cure but instead to join my patients on their unique paths to mental wellness. Having trained at the University of Michigan, I take an evidence-based approach to mental health. However, in addition to traditional medication management, I have studied multiple forms of psychotherapy, opened myself to wellness-based methods, explored complex topics with patients from race to spirituality, and remain open to learning more approaches to mental healthcare.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I believe in caring for the whole person. I do this through an Internal Family Systems therapy lens, assessing, diagnosing, and caring for mental health concerns. Sometimes this means prescribing medication, and other times it means working together in psychotherapy to find the roots of pain.

Maybe you're not sure if you need medications but would like someone to evaluate your situation. Perhaps you are struggling with medications or not sure if they are right for you. I am currently accepting new patients with the comfort and convenience of virtual sessions. My goal is to assist patients with various treatment options along with input from the patient. All patients should play an active role in determining their treatment plan. We will create a plan together that you are comfortable with. I use both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy and also believe in the use of non-pharmacological methods when necessary.

Dr. Sethi completed his specialized psychiatric residency at the University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor, MI. As an interventionist, he has a sub-specialized experience in the latest evidence-based treatment modalities including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine. He focuses in collaborative work with patients and providing ample time to make sure everything is clear and transparent. His goal is to help improve the quality of life for all his patients with a focus on preventive measures as well.
