In my career, I’ve been fortunate to meet and work with people from all walks of life. I draw upon my diverse experiences and background in medicine, mental health, scientific research, and business administration to give my patients what they need—whether that be medication, therapy, or guidance.

I'm board certified in both general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry focusing on the complex issues of adolescents and young adults ages 13-29. These years of development can be complicated and confusing, and the time for the emergence of many psychiatric disorders. My areas of interests include anxiety, depression, and the transitioning to college. I also help college students return back to school when they have had to take a break due to stress leading to poor grades, family issues, relationship conflicts, or other emotional hardships.. I provide weekly psychotherapy and prescribe medications when indicated.

I welcome people of all ages and genders, but I have special expertise in working with women and adolescent girls who suffer from depression, mood swings, grief, anxiety, stress, trauma, self-injury, eating disorders, and/or ADHD. I see patients in person in Beverly Hills and in Redlands, California, and I also see patients via telepsychiatry throughout California. I use an approach that combines psychiatry-as-usual, that is, medications and therapy, with lifestyle changes in six domains.
