As a psychiatrist boarded in both Addiction and Adult Psychiatry, I have experience with a broad range of mental illnesses and specialize in treating addiction and mood disorders. An important part of my treatment philosophy is to develop a physician-patient relationship which becomes the foundation for successful treatment.

I am a board certified and California-licensed psychiatrist in the Los Angeles area specializing in both addiction and general psychiatry. I have trained and practiced in multiple clinical settings across the Los Angeles area including UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Olive View County Hospital and the Veteran Affairs medical centers. Personally, I have worked with and feel comfortable with patients from any background. Currently I work with the Solstice Clinic seeing private practice patients, and as a consultant at multiple rehabilitation centers around the Los Angeles area specializing in dual diagnosis and addiction treatment.

I specialize in medication management for young adults and adults who are experiencing addiction, mood, anxiety, psychotic and/or trauma related disorders. I have worked extensively with patients from diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds. I also have experience with gender affirming care and working with patients from the LGBTQ+ community. I received my BS and MD from UCLA and completed my psychiatry residency training at UCLA Semel Institute where I served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Griffith specializes in providing psychiatric care for men and women aged 18 and older. She completed her undergraduate degree from the University of California Irvine, her medical training at Boston University School of Medicine, and completed her postgraduate psychiatry training at the UCLA-San Fernando Valley Psychiatry Program where she served as Chief Resident in her final year of training. She has worked as an attending at the VA and in county mental health facilities. Her clinical interests are psychotic, mood, trauma-related, substance-use, and adjustment disorders.

I provide comprehensive and holistic treatment for those struggling with mood, anxiety, sleep, psychotic, OCD, ADHD, eating, and trauma based disorders. I have extensive experience with addiction/substance use disorders and geriatric psychiatric conditions as well. For substance use disorders, I provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options including naltrexone and suboxone/buprenorphine. For geriatric individuals, I provide memory evaluations, treat dementia along with related behavioral disturbances, and more. My therapeutic strategy always relies on using as few medications as possible at the lowest effective doses.
