Dr. Griffith specializes in providing psychiatric care for men and women aged 18 and older. She completed her undergraduate degree from the University of California Irvine, her medical training at Boston University School of Medicine, and completed her postgraduate psychiatry training at the UCLA-San Fernando Valley Psychiatry Program where she served as Chief Resident in her final year of training. She has worked as an attending at the VA and in county mental health facilities. Her clinical interests are psychotic, mood, trauma-related, substance-use, and adjustment disorders.

The practice is geared towards teens and young adults with Anxiety and Depression. My approach is to provide specialized support with cognitive and behavioral therapy along with medication as needed to my patients.

Dr. Parisi takes a proactive, detail-oriented approach, working with patients in a direct and supportive fashion. He treats people who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, insomnia, addiction, and relationship issues, working with adolescents, adults, individuals, and couples. Dually educated and trained as a psychiatrist, as well as a psychotherapist, he offers psychiatric medication management and extensive psychotherapy expertise. I provide comprehensive and holistic treatment for those struggling with mood, anxiety, sleep, psychotic, OCD, ADHD, eating, and trauma based disorders. I have extensive experience with addiction/substance use disorders and geriatric psychiatric conditions as well. For substance use disorders, I provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options including naltrexone and suboxone/buprenorphine. For geriatric individuals, I provide memory evaluations, treat dementia along with related behavioral disturbances, and more. My therapeutic strategy always relies on using as few medications as possible at the lowest effective doses.

He served previously as the Director of Education and Evidence Based Practices at Stanford University in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. In child therapy, I engage children on a deep level through play, dreams, art and conversation. With adults, I use free association, night and day dreams. My object is to expose patients to their primitive, deep anxieties allowing them to work through their troubled minds, facilitating internal growth and development, and positive social interactions.
