Hello there, I’m Dr. Gaddi, a physician and psychiatrist. I was born and raised in Venezuela where I attended Med School. I completed my training as a psychiatrist in at University of Illinois in Peoria. I’m the founder of Equal Mental Health, a practice dedicated to provide mental health services to the LGBTQ+ community and allies in the neighborhood of Northalsted (formerly known as Boystown) in Chicago.

My passion and appreciation for mental health began at a young age. My mother worked as an inpatient behavioral health Registered Nurse, which provided a roof over our heads and food on our table. As a family, we respected the field not only for what it provided for us but also for teaching us that all human beings need access to the mental health care that they deserve. Watching my mom, I learned that all people from all cultures and all walks of life need compassionate care because our ideas, stories, memories, sanity, and communication skills unify us as human beings.

Ajit Kalayil is trained to use both medication and talk therapy to treat all psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and perinatal mental health. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of emotional and mental health conditions at his clinic in Chicago, Illinois. Kalayil works with patients from a broad range of backgrounds. He also has a particular interest and experience in LGBTQIA+ issues. All patients are treated equally and in a non-judgemental, warm, and strictly confidential environment.

With a deep commitment to providing high-quality mental health care, she is driven by a strong belief in the importance of mental wellness and holistic healing. He then completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Yale University. Dr. Sandrolini understands that effective treatment starts with a conversation. Dr. Sandrolini helps his patients feel heard, accepted, and understood, so that they can feel comfortable sharing difficult details and sensitive concerns.

Tina Adenuga is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Illinois. She earned her certificate as a PMHNP from the University of Cincinnati Ohio. Prior to pursuing her PMHNP, she earned her Bachelor's in Nursing Science from Purdue University Calumet, and received both a Master's in Nursing Science and Master's of Public Health from Grand Canyon University Arizona. As a nurse, Tina has worked with clients of various age-ranges and behavioral health backgrounds. Her interest lies in helping clients improve their quality of life so they can live to their fullest potential.

Hi, I am Kyle (he/him/his) and I am a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been a mental health nurse for over 20 years and have worked in numerous health care settings. My approach to care is greatly informed by my nursing background and the healing power of an affirming, collaborative relationship. I aim to provide holistic, person-centered care utilizing trauma informed, anti-oppressive, and harm reduction approaches. I offer both psychotherapy and medication management. I believe medication can be a helpful tool to turn down the dial of distress so that we can better access our capacity to heal.

Jacalyn Saracco is a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience specializing in Psychiatric Nursing. As a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner, areas of specialization include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD and Bipolar Disorder. Jacalyn treats patients between the ages of 10 through adulthood. Jacalyn has extensive experience working with clients in the outpatient and inpatient settings. In her free time, Jacalyn enjoys reading and spending time with family. Jacalyn has a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing.

Dr. David V. Alvarez is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Illinois who has been practicing since 2009. Dr. Alvarez has experience working with numerous populations across various levels of psychiatric care and settings (e. g. , inpatient, outpatient, PHP, home health, telehealth). He has experience and knowledge from working with a broad range of patients. Dr. Alvarez loves the work and believes it is a gift to be able to work with the patients that he does. He works with compassion, empathy, and humor.

Dr. Ashok Nagella is an ABPN Board Certified Psychiatrist that specializes in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry but does see clients up to age of 64. He has been in practice for 20 years in various settings from inpatient to outpatient psychiatry, has supervised and taught psychiatry residents and medical students, and has worked with a very diverse clientele from private practice settings to community mental health. Dr. Nagella grew up and attended school in the Chicago area.
