I am a double board certified psychiatrist with nearly 20 years of experience in treating adults with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, eating disorders, and addictions. I have board certification in general psychiatry as well as consultation liaison psychiatry, which is the branch of psychiatry that focuses on how the mind and body interact in illness and in stress. My goal in working with patients is to listen and connect, helping to guide effective treatment which is both evidence-based as well as in line with the values of the patient.

I take time to get to know my patients and their concerns. Within the scope of general adult and child and adolescent psychiatry I offer evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, family sessions and consultations, as well as school consultations and evaluations. I have a special interest in eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and ADHD. My practice is open to other general psychiatric needs as well. I pride myself on getting to know my patients and their needs. I also routinely work with families to understand and cope with their loved one's illness. I use evidence based medicine and the most up to date practices.

Dr. Nakshabandi draws from 10 years of psychiatric training experience across a wide range of settings including Harvard Medical School, The University of Chicago, The Department of Veterans Affairs and over 40 different sites across two continents. Dr. Nakshabandi has extensive knowledge on a wide array of therapeutic techniques, medication management algorithms, and complementary approaches to treatment. His treatment approach is rooted in empathy and strives to heal by evoking it.

Sarah graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, known for having one of the best nursing programs in the country. With twelve years of experience, Sarah is an expert in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and life adjustments. Sarah is empathic and patient-centered. She approaches treatment with the belief that each client is an individual, with the goal of helping you regain a sense of wholeness. Sarah specializes in seeing children, adolescents, and adults.

Stacey Molle (pronounced Moe-lay) is a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nurse Practitioner that has 18 years of nursing experience and certification in both Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health. She has worked with people from all walks of life and realizes that she particularly identifies with women, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent persons. Even while providing comprehensive care, she has found that something is missing in traditional medicine. By focusing on care that identifies the ROOT cause of clients’ symptoms, she has found that her clients have better outcomes.

What are your symptoms? Anxiety, fatigue, avoidance, sleeplessness, back pain, procrastination, loneliness, anger outbursts..... All symptoms are experiences of pain (dis-ease) and/or ineffective behavior. Symptoms will occur when your "operating system" is overtaxed. My treatment approach focuses on reducing your symptoms and developing more strength and flexibility in your overall managing system, e.g., how you characteristically feel and act in the world. Due to known and as yet unknown problematic side effects of all prescription drugs, I use much safer and ultimately more powerful methods for symptom relief, prevention of recurrence and enduring health.

I find the greatest fulfillment in assisting individuals who are grappling with anxiety or depression and find themselves in a state of stagnation. Guiding them to envision possibilities beyond their current challenges is immensely rewarding. These individuals aspire to feel better, break free from the constraints of anxiety and depression, and regain the confidence to pursue their goals unhindered. Ultimately, their journey involves building self-esteem, unraveling the barriers that hold them back, and ascending to a more gratifying and fulfilling life.
