I am a board certified adult, child & adolescent psychiatrist. I completed medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago, a general (adult) psychiatry residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and a child psychiatry fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. The training I received in residency and fellowship has prepared me to manage essentially any psychiatric issue that comes through my clinic doors, regardless of severity or complexity.

Dr. Brown is a double board certified psychiatrist and treats children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Brown is an expert in the treatment of OCD. He will also work with clients regarding issues with PTSD, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD. Dr. Brown focuses largely on using supplements and other natural treatments such as a behavioral change to find a path forward. However, he does prescribe medications as well when needed. The goal of treatment is the less medication overall the better as long as the person is doing ok.

Dr. Nakshabandi draws from 10 years of psychiatric training experience across a wide range of settings including Harvard Medical School, The University of Chicago, The Department of Veterans Affairs and over 40 different sites across two continents. Dr. Nakshabandi has extensive knowledge on a wide array of therapeutic techniques, medication management algorithms, and complementary approaches to treatment. His treatment approach is rooted in empathy and strives to heal by evoking it.

Annya Nguyen is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a doctor of nursing practice (DNP) degree who manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, sleep disorder, impulse control disorder, etc. As a DNP-PMHNP, Annya's role is multifaceted, including providing quality care, building & maintaining therapeutic relationships, educating, advocating, counseling, referring, and managing medication.

With a combination of medication prescribing (if needed), talk therapy, skill building, and body work you can get to a place of thriving and aligning with your desires.
