As a Board Certified Psychiatrist I help patients struggling with depression and moodiness, attention regulation, severe anxiety and stress, and addictive behaviors, among others. Jess is the director of PHHC, a holistic mental health clinic that offers psychiatric, therapeutic, and wellness services. She is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and certified yoga instructor, and has been working in mental health for over 15 years. She was educated at Brandeis University and Boston College. Her style is holistic and evidence-driven and she enjoys utilizing mindfulness practices in her work to help folks live their lives with full intention.
