Executive Home Detox is a national Private Duty Registered Nurse prog for the client who wants private, competent & convenient tx. in the comfort of their home. Our focus is on safety & comfort. An RN, expert in medical detox, travels to the client & remains with the client in their home for the duration of the medical detox. The RN monitors the client's vital signs & hydration, manages physician prescribed medication, and assesses the medication efficacy. The RN also begins a process of recovery coaching & suggests ongoing continued care options to sustain recovery. This is a self-pay program geared to the high net worth client.

I am currently practicing in primary care in Providence, RI with a special interest in addiction medicine, treating opioid and alcohol use disorders. I often utilizes medication assisted treatments in the care of her patient populations. I am well versed in co-occurring psychiatric conditions that contribute to addictive disorders, as well as multi-modal treatment options. Throughout my many years of experience both as a registered nurse and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have learnt learned to treat my patients with respect and compassion, knowing that their current problems does not define them. My competence and excellence of care stems from working with diverse patients for over 17 years in healthcare. This experience with different populations has given me confidence to face every situation with an inquisitive and open mind as I deliver evidence based and patient specific care.

Most clients, that I encounter suffers from Bipolar, PTSD, Anxiety, ADHD, Schizophrenia, and other mood disorders. Each client's treatment is personalized and treated with compassion and respect. The goal at the end of each treatment is to aid client in attaining mental liberation.

I have extensive experience in treating Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety, ADHD and relational problems for more than 20 years. I have dual Board Certification in Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry. I am very careful in treating my patients with medications and my goal is to find the lowest effective dose and avoid multiple medication use when possible. I think therapy is as important as medications and I offer both, at times together, when necessary. For self pay patients cost for initial 60 min evaluation is $500, 15 min fallow up is $150, 30 min fallow up is $275 and 45min fallow up is $400.

I accept all MassHealth/ private insurance (some still pending) and can offer Same Day or Next Day appointments for new patients. Open dialogue is very important between myself and my patients.
