Dr. Hubbard is a physician dual board-certified in general psychiatry and in child and adolescent psychiatry. She graduated summa cum laude from FSU with a degree in Biological Science, and completed a Doctor of Medicine degree at the USF College of Medicine. She completed her residency and fellowship training at USF where she served as the Chief Resident of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program. Dr. Hubbard has been published in a peer-reviewed journal and earned the following awards: Outstanding 3rd and 4th year Medical Student in Psychiatry, Outstanding Resident Teacher, Assistant Chief Resident of Recruitment, and Fellow of the APA.

The Neuropsychiatric Institute provides Outpatient Behavioral Health Services for Adults, Families, Children and Adolescents. We believe that as long as you have your problems under control, then you do not need our assistance. However, if the problems have control over you, then you should seek help. Dr. Thorkelson is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Medicine at The University of Pittsburgh. He completed his adult residency training at Temple University and his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at The University of Pittsburgh where he continued on in three roles: as Associate Medical Director at the Center for Integrative Medicine, as staff psychiatrist at the John Merck Center for Autism and Developmental Disorders, and through the Visceral Inflammation and Pain (VIP) Center in the Department of Gastroenterology.
