We take pride in being upfront and honest as well as being available to answer any questions that you have. First adult member: $240 a month, $720/quarter, or $2800/ year and Each additional member: $200 off per year. Services include coordination between specialists, emergency help, and unlimited visits. Services do not include TMS, ketamine treatments, infusions, and injections but we offer these services at our Thrive location.

It is not uncommon for us feel lost, judged and stigmatized when we are anxious, depressed, traumatized or have any other mental health symptoms, more so when we have concerns regarding recreational drug use. We offer patient centered and nonjudgmental care and treatment. Science based medication management is offered as well, with great emphasis on therapy. We treat various mental illnesses like ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, OCD and PMDD. We have worked with patients with various forms of addiction, like tobacco, opioids, benzodiazepines, alcohol, methamphetamines, and other addictive behaviors.

I am experienced in treating both adults and children with the use of Psychoanalytic methods. I use the object relations approaches of Klein, Winnicott and Bion. In child therapy, I engage children on a deep level through play, dreams, art and conversation. With adults, I use free association, night and day dreams. My object is to expose patients to their primitive, deep anxieties allowing them to work through their troubled minds, facilitating internal growth and development, and positive social interactions. I also work with mothers and babies having bonding difficulties. My practice is busy so use email for best results.

I specialize in child and adolescent psychiatry but see adults as well. I provide a treatment plan that is tailored to you. Medication is not always the right or first answer.

Lena is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with psychiatric disorders including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD, Sleeping Disorders, and Substance Abuse. She is a passionate advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and specializes in LGBTQ+ mental health care. She also specializes in IV therapy including Ketamine infusions, vitamins, and NAD+ infusions. Ketamine is used for the treatment of depression. As an additional option for specialty care, we are proud to offer Concierge services.

I have built my practice over the years on the “3 Cs”, Compassionate, Conservative and Collaborative Care. I strive to deliver compassionate care to ensure that my patients feel and know that they are heard. I always practice conservatively to ensure the patient is comfortable, safe and to avoid creating any substance dependency.
