First adult member: $240 a month, $720/quarter, or $2800/ year and Each additional member: $200 off per year. Services include coordination between specialists, emergency help, and unlimited visits. Services do not include TMS, ketamine treatments, infusions, and injections but we offer these services at our Thrive location.
