I am Accepting New Patients Either In-Office or Virtually! My goal is to help everyone that comes to me to the best of my ability. Most of the patients I see carry diagnoses of adjustment disorder, ADHD, or mood and anxiety disorders. I feel every patient should have a say in their treatment plan. As a provider, I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that helps you and makes your family feel comfortable with it. I use both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, with evidence-based practice. I also believe in the use of non-pharmacological means can also help a patient when necessary.

Our society has been historically more sensitive to physical impairments than emotional ones. If others cannot see your struggle, it doesn't mean that these symptoms don't exist. If you feel these symptoms, they are real to you, and will continue to impair your quality of life. You could be living as more happy, confident and successful person if these symptoms get treated. It is my passion to help my patients live to their true potential. I try my best to develop a good rapport with my patients and to get them to trust me. It is this trust and relationship that then heals.

She believes that every patient is unique in their needs and circumstances, and each one requires great care in harmonizing treatment plans, provider-patient interactions, and medications to achieve positive and therapeutic outcomes. Lydia values listening and understanding her patients more than issuing directives to them. She has extensive experience in the medical field, including 10 years as a Registered Nurse (BSN) and then as a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) since 2019. She found her passion for working in psychiatric care in 2014 and has remained ever since.
