Victoria Counseling Services is an outpatient Adult Psychiatry, established in 2015 following the sudden death of a beloved younger sister, Victoria, who suffered from severe depression and PTSD for most of her adult years. As a patient, expect to be an active participant in your treatment plan.

Dr. Prabhu is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist with 20+ years of experience. She provides comprehensive assessments & offer evidence-based medication management for a broad range of psychiatric and psychological disorders. She provides a warm and collaborative care for adults coping with personal or professional challenges, life transitions, or stressors. Accepting adults ages 18-65 for medication management. She focuses on applying an integrative approach to treatment, combining different psychotherapy modalities and pharmacology.

I can help address needs of clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress disorder, OCD, mood swings or psychotic symptoms. I have been seeing clients via Telehealth and all my clients like the comfort and flexibility of Telehealth for medication management. I am only running a Tele health based platform at this time and there are no in person visits. I have medical licence for states of Massachusetts and North Carolina.

Ellis Marie Mace is an ANCC board-certified and fully licensed Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Saint Louis University. Prior to becoming a specialized NP, she was a registered nurse for twelve years in psychiatry, medical-surgical, nephrology, and post-anesthesia care. Native to Alabama, she was raised with three brothers in a close community of friends while participating in theatre, piano, creative writing, and tennis.

Timothy’s core philosophy is patient centered. He is a fierce patient advocate and believer in the patient’s right to autonomy first and foremost. He believes in a multidisciplinary approach to psychiatric care including the involvement of therapists, nurses, social workers, physicians, and psychologists to implement therapy, dietary changes, exercise, psychopharmacology, and genetic testing within a holistic care model. He performs comprehensive assessments and develops realistic treatment plans that include the needs of patients and their families.

My model of mental health care puts patients in the middle. First and foremost, I believe in listening to the patient. So much can be learned by listening, watching, and truly hearing what a patient tells me is happening with them and their body. I conduct psychiatric assessments and make recommendations for treatment with psychiatric medications.

My ideal client is someone who wants to better improve their wellness by working collaboratively with their team to get to a place where they feel more at peace. They also understand that the road to wellness is not linear, and it requires time and patience. This person is open to a holistic approach, and is open to other treatment options outside of medication management, such as psychotherapy and developing coping strategies to alleviate their symptoms.

Accepting New Clients: Jill is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with more than 9 years of experience in the nursing field. Jill provides care for adults 18 years and older with a variety of mental and emotional conditions. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and eating disorders. Jill has a strong interest in the mind-body connection and enjoys providing health and lifestyle education to her patients. She believes in a collaborative and individualized approach to care.

Paul Coleman is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Coleman Mental Health Associates, PLLC, specializing in the mental health care of the patient. What is important for people to realize is “No two people are the same”, thus each patient will receive a plan of care to help with and partner in the patient's journey. Treatment includes a number of mental health conditions that include depression, bipolar, anxiety, LGBTQI+population, therapy, counseling, and medication management to name a few.  Let's work together. She received her Master of Science in nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, Master of Science in counseling psychology from Northeastern University, and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has worked in the mental health field in some capacity since 2006. She offers psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy through telemedicine to people located in MA. She primarily sees adults.
