I strongly believe that the best psychiatric care is centered on the whole person, not just on a diagnosis or specific medication. I provide weekly therapy and work with patients to determine if medications can be of help. I do not believe that everyone needs a medication, but they can be useful in treating particular psychiatric symptoms; I will work with you in order to find the best treatment modality that meets your goals and needs.

Gloria Fallon, PMHCNS-BC is a board certified psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in the field of Child and Adolescent psychiatry and therapy. Gloria is compassionate, seasoned and knowledgeable about the safe use of psychiatric medications children and adults. She received her Masters in Nursing from the Yale University School of Nursing with an emphasis on women, families, and children in 2001. Her extensive work experience includes a Harvard Fellowship at HVMA (now Atrius), McLean Psychiatric Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. She currently works in private practice via telehealth as well as the company Lifestance Inc.

Ms. Goldberg treats ages 16 years and older including young adults through geriatrics. Her clinical expertise and interests include: Anxiety, depression, mood disorders, post-partum mood issues, ADHD and safe medication management. Mary provides psychopharmacology evaluations and ongoing medication management.

I am a Harvard trained psychiatrist, with expertise in both psychotherapy and pharmacological treatment. I have been in private practice for almost 20 years, working extensively with women's mental health issues. I have helped my clients navigate emerging young adulthood, eating disorders, infertility, pregnancy and the postpartum period, and menopause. I am an integrative psychiatrist, that believes in exploring and treating the underlying physiological causes of mental illnesses, and combine nutraceuticals and complementary treatment with pharmacotherapy.
