Chloe Griffith is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate degree from Birmingham Southern College and later completed her Master's program at Vanderbilt University in 2017. Chloe aims to support her patients using personalized goals and education, brief cognitive behavioral techniques, and medications. She hopes to create an environment where clients feel empowered, connected, and valued.

Brence Brooks is a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2020. He received his bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Louisville and his master’s degree in Nursing from Walden University. Specialty areas include medication management for major depressive disorder, bipolar I and II disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, childhood behavioral disorders, psychotic disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Emelia Andoh is a dual Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 18 years of nursing experience. She is passionate about providing comprehensive and holistic care to adult clients. Emelia has worked in various settings including oncology, home health care, intermediate care, and intensive care units. Emelia obtained her Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice with a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner from George Mason University.

Mariah is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Mariah began her career as an RN working in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit. She quickly became very interested in neuroscience and involved herself in research projects. The intrigue of neuroscience and the passion for connection with patients as a bedside RN led Mariah to pursue a career as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Maria gained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at James Madison University in 2016. She has experience working at the bedside in various settings in the metropolitan D.C. area over the last 6 years.

Helen Lancy is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Nursing from Spring Arbor University, pursuing a Doctor of Nursing in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Missouri. With four years of adult-gerontology psychiatry experience, she specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma in adults 18+. Passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate care, Helen is dedicated to serving patients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in underserved communities. Helen champions patient empowerment, guiding her patients to take control of their health and emotional wellbeing.

Ms. Grzybowski is passionate about establishing a therapeutic rapport with her patients and believes in the value of a holistic approach to care through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. She is committed to continuous learning to provide evidence-based treatment modalities. Her goal is to empower patients and educate the community concerning the importance of mental health management and advocacy.

Dr. Nadeem is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with over fifteen years of experience in treating adults with Psychiatric conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, AD/HD, PTSD, Bipolar, and Psychotic Disorders and a variety of other problems including Women's Mental Health. With her extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she performs diagnostic evaluations and medication management using exceptional clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of current medical practice. Her specialty is working with chronic and challenging mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar, and impulse control disorders.

Catherine Ben-Agu is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. who has more than 10 years of experience in psychiatry. Catherine partners with children, adolescents, adults, as well as geriatric clients who seek help with diverse psychiatric problems. She specializes in facilitating significant improvement in her clients’ present symptoms through proper assessment, accurate diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment, and evaluation.

I am a board certified psychiatrist who has been in private practice for 25 years. I earned my medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine after which I completed an Adult Psychiatry residency at St. Vincent Medical Center in New York City and a Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Georgetown University. I also completed an Addiction Medicine Fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic. I opened my private practice in 1993.
