Citywide is a client-focused, culturally competent, strength-based, behavioral health program. We provide mental health and substance abuse services to adults. Citywide offers individualized care for our consumers including psychotherapy, medication management (also injections), psychiatric rehabilitation program (PRP), IOP and OP groups. In addition, we are a licensed residential housing program (3.5-3.1) for adults with dual diagnosis.

My practice is primarily Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. I see few adults who want psychotherapy and may or may not need medication. I provide a comprehensive psychiatric and psychological assessment before I recommend any form of treatment. I am available to my patients round a clock. There are no night time or weekends on call doctors to deal with!

I am an Johns Hopkins trained Psychiatrist in Baltimore, MD who focuses on careful evaluation and treatment for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and attention deficient disorders. I do evaluation, management and planning for mental health treatment during pregnancy, as well as for changes experienced in perimenopause and menopause. Ages 14+ are welcome.

I have 32 years experience in private practice assisting persons with substance use disorders, major psychiatric disturbances and behavioral addictions, including sexual addiction and gambling. As a Board certified psychiatrist in Addiction Medicine, Addiction Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatrist, I deal with the negative consequences of a variety of disorders alone and in combination, as well as relationship issues not related to addictions. I am particularly trained and experienced in the use of medication for these problems and their symptoms.

I very much understand some of the hurdles that come with adjusting to chronic mental health illness, stressful family life, changing work environments, evolving living situations/arrangements, loss of Income and/or loved ones and the effect each of such factors can have on an individual's Mental health.
