I am a Harvard- and Yale-trained board-certified integrative holistic psychiatrist, therapist, and certified yoga teacher specializing in psychotherapy. I am licensed to practice medicine by the California State Medical Board, and am board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. After receiving my medical degree from Sindh Medical College, I completed my Psychiatry Residency from Bergen Regional Medical Center in Paramus, NJ. I have been practicing psychiatry in California since 2003.

Penny Greaves has over twenty years of Nursing experience and received her bachelor's in nursing in 2007 and a Master's of Nursing with a primary care nurse practitioner certificate in 2010 from Ryerson University, in Toronto, Canada. She obtained her Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree in 2021 from the National University and is dual certified with the ANCC in psychiatry and the AANP in family practice. She is currently pursuing a psychology doctorate degree (PsyD) to improve health outcomes. She is experienced with adults, adults with addictions, complex mental health problems, geriatrics, and dementia.

My name is Jerry Gelbart. I was born in Cleveland, Ohio, went to college in Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I attended medical school at Ohio State University, and trained in Psychiatry at UCLA. I’ve been in private practice for 30+ years.
