I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Bright Futures Psychiatry, exclusively offering telepsychiatry appointments within the state of Colorado. Whether it is while your infant is taking their afternoon nap or you're waking up with your morning coffee, my clients have the flexibility to meet with me in the setting that is most convenient or comfortable. Visits are completed utilizing a HIPPA secure video teleconferencing platform.

At Tri-Lakes Recovery our patients receive treatment for diagnosis such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or substance use disorders such as alcohol or opiate abuse. Additionally, TLR welcomes patients who have been incarcerated and are in need of urgent follow up. We accept Medicaid, and offer low monthly rates for those who are self pay.

I typically work with clients navigating complex emotions or struggling with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or mood disorders. Individuals from diverse backgrounds and varied ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Their needs often include a desire for understanding, compassion, evidence-based treatments, and strategies for healing and growth. My specialties include, but not limited to PTSD, GAD, Depression, TBI, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Substance Abuse, Behavioral Health Courts, and serve as an expert witness in many Mental Health Areas. She will work with each individual to create a treatment plan which will address the symptoms while minimizing possible adverse events with options. All options in your treatment plan will be discussed to make informed decisions about your own care.

I have 10 years experience treating both mental health and substance abuse. My goal is to help patients and their families diagnose and treat the problems they have, while being respectful and compassionate. I help those suffering from depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, as well as many other mental health disorders, including opiate addiction on an outpatient basis using buprenorphine. I am accepting new patients, ages 8 and up. Milestone provides medication management of psychiatric medications only. We do NOT fill out disability nor FMLA paperwork.
