I have a strong passion for understanding the ups and downs of life that all humans experience, and I believe everyone deserves to be heard in a compassionate, understanding, and nonjudgemental manner. My personal goal is to remove the stigma surrounding seeking mental health treatment, to foster a safe and efficient avenue for clients to access care, and to assist my clients in their journey to health and recovery.

I've been working as a Board Certified Psychiatrist for over 15 years, and throughout that time I've been most interested in working with individuals who struggle with addiction or co-occurring illnesses. I am able to provide my clients with outpatient detoxification from alcohol and opioids as long as safety criteria are met. Evidence shows people are most likely to achieve recovery through a combination of medications and counseling.
