She received her Masters in Nursing from the Yale University School of Nursing with an emphasis on women, families, and children in 2001. Her extensive work experience includes a Harvard Fellowship at HVMA (now Atrius), McLean Psychiatric Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance.
