I especially love helping young people overcome their mental health challenges, discover their strengths, and reach their full potential. My additional training in France as a Couples and Family Counselor emphasising a family systems viewpoint has enabled me to better incorporate an individual’s particular context and background when considering treatment. I have been a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2022 and am certified to work with patients across the lifespan.
