I am a board-certified psychiatrist and graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and New York University (NYU). After graduating as chief resident, I went on to pursue a fellowship and work in the public sector serving those most in need. My clients often include those that have been struggling with difficulties that impair their day to day function, leaving them unsatisfied, unhappy or struggling with inner turmoil or anxiety. Dr. Lopez-Larson is a board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist and received her MD from the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. She performed her adult and child psychiatry training at Harvard Medical School training sites including Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital and Cambridge Hospital, respectively. She has been practicing for over 15 years in a variety of settings including academic research, inpatient, residential and outpatient psychiatric services.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist. As a physician, I diagnose and treat a wide range of mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I also work with people who are suffering in life from issues such as relationship or career concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, or identity issues. Dr. Ankur Upadhyay is a licensed Psychiatrist. He provides psychiatric care supported by evidence based medical practices, highlighted by his experience with mindfulness based therapies and psychoanalysis. His journey started in India where he gained knowledge in spirituality and the practice of mindful living. He has since completed his Psychiatry residency training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (Morningside-West Hospitals), and treated patients from diverse backgrounds. He has also completed training in the Intensive Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy program at William Alanson White Institute in NYC.

My approach to mental health follows a holistic and wellness model. I believe each individual is unique and aim to preserve that uniqueness when comprising a treatment plan. One of the most important factors in treatment is comprising the treatment plan together with a shared decision making model. My goal is to help sustain mental wellness over the course of life so that you can live in your most authentic way. Hello and welcome! My name is Natalie and I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in psychedelic medicine and currently offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy at Healing Realms in Brooklyn. In a comfortable, safe, private office setting, I work with a co-therapist to collaboratively offer medical monitoring alongside transformative methods of depth-oriented psychotherapy. I served as a nurse in several fields and joined the Army Reserve as a medic. In 2021, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing at National University. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for patients with depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

I am a psychiatric provider licensed by NY board to prescribe psychiatric medications and treat mental health disorders. I offer med management as well as psychotherapy. My personal philosophy of treatment is that just by meds all problems do not disappear. Medications and psychotherapy in combination need to happen for the body and mind wellness as well as growth. The stigma around mental health treatment can make initiation intimidating, because of this I offer a non judgmental and confidential space to get the treatment you need. As well I focus on the individual and not the diagnosis. Medication management cannot be performed properly if people are all treated the same. Services include medication management/review ,medical marijuana, and first time consultations to discuss a treatment plan. ADHD diagnosis/management is also provided. ADHD is often overlooked or under treated. My goal is to provide a personal experience where we work together for optimal care ensuring all needs are met.
