Maryellen Hammill is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Maryellen is a warm, empathetic care provider who understands the importance of being fully present and engaged with her patients. She helps her patients identify issues causing them distress and helps them explore holistic, evidence-based treatment options. Her goal is to help you strengthen your overall well-being. During sessions, Vanessa will practice with a person-centered approach with the goal of fostering a trusting and collaborative relationship. She works with clients ages 8-65.

Appreciation for the human spirit is an integral aspect of my approach to medication intervention and psychotherapy. I am aware of the courage it often takes to ask for, and accept clinical/psychopharmacological help. Collaboration in this process is most important. I strive to prescribe medication based on a detailed assessment. However, medication management does not lend itself to overnight fixes; It takes commitment and a patient who is onboard with the process. For individuals who are interested in talk therapy only, I am open to providing the service without medication. Some people may benefit from both, however.

Rashad is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in providing mental health care to patients 18 and older. Her role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and ADHD. When providing to care to patients, Rashad uses pharmacological interventions, psychotherapy, and other evidence- based treatments to help patients manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life. Rashad has a deep understanding of social and cultural factors that impact mental health.
