My name is Joshua Rashon Petty, and I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I’am really excited about the opportunity to support you in "Discovering Clarity, Embracing Balance, and Inspiring Change". I have specialized in emotional health for eight years, with experience treating adolescents and adults with various diagnoses.

I see my role as a psychiatrist similar that of a consultant. While the client is the CEO of their body, I feel it takes teamwork and proper collaboration with their family, physician and other mental health providers to come to a well-rounded treatment plan that fits them personally. It is vital to collaborate with their PCP and associated mental health providers to help them heal as seamlessly as possible. Good communication is one of my hallmarks. I do not simply “push pills”, but rather seek a holistic and varied treatment approach that focuses on therapy, mindfulness, minimizing substances, nutrition, exercise and self-care.

Quy was born and raised in Orange County, California. His parents immigrated from Vietnam in 1984 and they taught him the importance of service and working with underserved populations. Quy currently practices Psychiatry and TMS at Neuro Wellness Spa. At Neuro Wellness Spa, we’re changing the way mental health is treated. He graduated from Charles R. Drew University. He has over 9 years of experience in providing psychiatric care to patients of all ages. He began his career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Dr. Benedicta Osuji DNP, APRN, PHN, PMHNP-BC is a passionate and caring provider to her patients, She has been a PMHNP for about Five years with vast experience in psychiatric mental health. I employ evidence-based practices and a holistic approach to provide personalized care for optimal mental health outcomes that enable her patients to return to their baseline functioning. She believes that it is important to consider biological, psychological, and social factors when addressing behavioral health concerns. She is warm and approachable. She has a special interest in patient education, psychiatry, and medication management.

My clinical experience includes working with individuals presenting with polysubstance abuse, dual diagnoses, and underserved/indigent populations. truly believe in the mind-body connection and support both physical and mental wellness.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), certified across the lifespan. I received my Bachelor and Masters of Science in Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA. I have several years of psychiatric experience as a mental health counselor, psychiatric registered staff nurse, and PMHNP-BC. These experiences include emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and community-based psychiatric settings. I have a passion for working with individuals of all ages to improve mental health and overall quality of life.
