She understands that there is no "one size fits all" in healthcare; hence, she approaches each client as a person and not a patient, and she treats the conditions and not the symptoms.

She began her registered nursing career in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where she worked to stabilize the most critically ill patients. It is there that her interest in mental health flourished as she witnessed first-hand how essential mental health is for the overall wellbeing of her patients. She realized that there is no health without mental health.
