Erin Tanner, NP-C, completed her Master of Science in Nursing at MCPHS University. She is a fully licensed and accredited AANP nurse practitioner. She has dedicated over 20 years to health care, practicing as a registered nurse prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. Erin sees patient education, paired with preventative medicine, as the keys to health and wellness. When not seeing patients, Erin enjoys spending time with her family traveling and doing outdoor activities like running, hiking, and kayaking in and around beautiful New England.

Nicole Diamond is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2023. She has a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Exercise Science from Endicott College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University, and a Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatry from Regis College. Nicole has been in the nursing field for 7 years within the Emergency Department, witnessing the gap between medical and psychiatric care and have caught sight of the importance behind mental health and the mind/body connection.

Jennifer Caraballo DNP- PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, school issues, sleep/insomnia, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and bipolar disorder. Jennifer enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and across the life span providing comprehensive and compassionate care.

Julie Paul is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner & Head of FamilyWell’s Psychiatry Services. With over a decade of clinical experience treating pregnant and postpartum individuals with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, combined with her expertise as a certified nurse midwife, Julie will provide you with a holistic and empathetic approach to your mental well-being. Julie is also a mom of two and a survivor of postpartum depression and anxiety. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dogs and paddle boarding in the local lakes.

Noel Warwick is a Psychiatrist in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2016. She obtained her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Noel is able to provide medication management and treatment for a variety of mental health conditions. She takes a patient-centered approach to prescribing and aim to minimize polypharmacy. Outside of work, Noel enjoys yoga, swimming and camping as well as spending time with her son.

I work with adults who are experiencing depression and anxiety to help them understand their symptoms, and together we find the best treatment. In addition to medication management and brief therapy, I incorporate nutritional practices when applicable. I have extensive experience working with people with substance use disorders, and although I am unable to provide detox or acute withdrawal treatment in this setting, I can provide consults with recommendations for your PCP or other provider. I also enjoy helping those with an addiction rebuild their health and identity. Please note: I can not Rx controlled substances at this time.
