I am a Nurse Practitioner (Family & PMHNP) that provides holistic care focusing on weight loss coaching, medical weight loss, and medication management in depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

I am a Telehealth provider in the state of Washington and am also licensed in the state of Alaska. I offer psychiatric medication management and weight loss coaching services. I believe in treating the whole person, not the disease process. I take into account your whole life and how we can use medication and/or therapy to help you achieve your goals. I am dual certified as a PMHNP (psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner) and FNP (family nurse practitioner) and have been working in health care for over 20 years with over 15 years as an advanced practice nurse. I have worked in a variety of settings to include acute and outpatient care with all ages as well as with veteran and active duty military service members. I have had exposure and experience working with all ranges of mental health disorders at all stages of severity. I enjoy working with a diverse patient population and am passionate about helping people achieve their personal health goals; both physical and mental.

I moved to Alaska In July 2021 from Tennessee . I had been providing telehealth for two years in Alaska. I decided to move my family to open a practice to be more active in the community. I am a daughter and wife of a Veteran. I have a passion for mental health, addiction, and alternative treatments. My special interest is ADHD because I was diagnosed with this late in life and had another provider wrongly diagnosis me with PTSD. I also specialize in anxiety and bipolar along with other diagnoses. Ketamine and TMS along with other alternative treatments are a passion of mine.
