I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and treat patients age 13 and older with a wide variety of mental health diagnoses including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related disorders. Seeking psychiatric care can be scary for many people, but I’m here to make it less intimidating. I offer psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis, medication management, and most importantly, work with you to identify and achieve goals for your mental health and overall wellness.

I have years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I am passionate about all mental health conditions, but I have specialized training in perinatal psychiatry. I utilize the telehealth platform to accommodate the busy lives of my patients and provide mental health treatment all across the state of Alabama. I look forward to working together as a team to create and implement an individualized treatment plan to improve your mental, and therefore, overall health. My motto is, “mental health is not a sprint, it is a lifelong journey.”
